This is a very good read. The Democratic Party has perfected the art of projection. They so effortlessly point fingers saying their opposition is doing something to distract from the fact they are the ones doing that something. It's unreal and I wonder if they are doing it with a complete understanding of what they are doing or if they are just that brainwashed to truly believe

As to how and why they still believe themselves to be the party of the people (and -- more specifically -- people of color), much of the mythology had to do with the Democratic Party beatification of FDR, the first president to bring blacks to the policy table (during the Great Depression).
