Dear reader,
My wife’s father perished over Germany in World War II. She never knew him.
On this Memorial Day we remember him and the others who went in but never returned.
May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind always be at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
and rains fall soft upon your fields.
